Not all forests are the same – explore the differences between various nature reserves

The spruce forest around Flintbäcken is old and biodiverse. The trees are about 200 years old and densely covered with beard lichens. Common haircap moss and sphagnum moss grow abundantly on the forest floor. Along the stream in the swamp forest, the lapland buttercup thrives with its pretty green leaves and small yellow flowers.
