Admire the magnificent blossoms of various orchid species
In summer, the marshes burst into vibrant color with the flowers that grow there. The limestone in the bedrock prevents many common wild grasses and berry varieties from thriving. This allows other, smaller plants to receive more light. Orchids thrive in these open and sunny areas. At least eight different orchid species are native to this region.
The forest here is untouched and overgrown; there are no paths. The nature reserve is marked by white rings on the trees, but the orchid sites are not specifically marked and must be discovered on your own.
